Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 May 2026
1. What this is
Family Dashboard (“the app”) is a private family dashboard built and operated by Henry Stuart (“the operator”) for the use of the Stuart family. It is not a commercial product. It is not offered to the general public. By signing in you confirm that you are an authorised member of the household and agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
Access is restricted to a small allow-list of Google accounts belonging to the family. If you can sign in, you have been explicitly invited. If you have not been invited and somehow have access, please email henry@visualise.com and stop using the app.
3. What the app does
The app reads and writes Google Calendar entries on behalf of authorised family members, reads a small set of school and club email inboxes for events, ingests messages from selected WhatsApp groups via a local bridge, and uses an AI model to suggest calendar events for human approval. Nothing is added to anyone’s calendar without explicit approval from a family admin.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Google account secure and do not share access with people outside the household.
- Only forward messages or connect inboxes that you are entitled to forward or connect.
- Treat anything you see in the app as private to the household.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to do anything illegal, abusive, or that puts the household at risk. The operator may revoke your access at any time for any reason.
6. AI-generated suggestions
Calendar event suggestions are produced by an AI model and may be wrong. They are always shown for human approval first. The operator is not liable for missed appointments, wrong times, or other consequences of relying on AI-generated suggestions without checking them.
7. No warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty of any kind. It might go down, lose data, behave oddly, or stop existing without notice. It is a personal project, not a service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what data the app holds about you and what is done with it.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. To remove your data, revoke the app’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and email henry@visualise.com to request deletion.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
